Quotes and artist approval

Website and AI-assisted estimates are preliminary. HoaDang reviews the selected design and request details and decides the final tattoo price. A quote does not guarantee availability, scheduling, suitability, or completion of a tattoo.

Appointments and deposits

An appointment is not confirmed until Saigon Tattoo confirms the schedule and manually verifies any required deposit. Deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms will be disclosed for the applicable appointment before confirmation.

Design previews and uploaded content

• AI-generated or digital designs are concepts for review and may differ from a finished tattoo.
• The artist may adapt a design for anatomy, safety, technical feasibility, and artistic quality.
• You must have permission to upload and use any images or content you submit.
• You may not submit illegal, abusive, infringing, or harmful content or misuse the website.

Age, health, and safety

Tattoo services are offered only when legally permitted and subject to identity and age verification. Tell the artist about relevant allergies, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or healing concerns before service. Website information is not medical advice. Seek qualified medical care for health questions or emergencies.

Transactional text-message terms

Customers enroll only through the public quote form by entering a mobile number and actively checking the separate, unchecked SMS consent box. Saigon Tattoo may then send transactional texts about the quote, deposit, and appointment after carrier approval. Message frequency varies, generally up to 10 messages per request or appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Leaving the mobile number or checkbox blank keeps the request email-only.

The studio owner separately enrolls for internal new-quote alerts by texting START from the designated number to +1 (669) 800-1239 after reviewing these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Website availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, the website and design-preview features are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Saigon Tattoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the website or services change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
